Jump Rope for Heart is taking place at my kids' school over the next week. If your child is participating and needs a little practice --shopaholicmom suggests you run don't walk to the Dollar Tree. You'll find jump ropes for a buck. You can pick up one for all your kids and they can practice at home. Participating in this fundraiser will allow our children to understand the importance of community service and physical activity while helping to save lives!
