Cupertino's Summer Concert Series 2009

Pack a picnic basket and enjoy an evening of FREE music on Thursdays from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.! All of the concerts take place in the Amphitheater at Memorial Park, located at the corner of Stevens Creek Blvd. and Mary Ave. in Cupertino.

June 18 – Orchestra D’Soul – Bay-Area-based salsa band that delivers both original high-energy Latin dance music and soulful R&B grooves
June 25 – The Harmonics SteelBand – Sounds from the Caribbean
July 2 – Toot Sweet Jazz Band – Traditional New Orleans style jazz
July 9 – Molly’s Revenge – Dynamic, acoustic Celtic music

City of Mountain View Summer Concert Series

Music is in the air in Mountain View during their Summer Concert Series.

Cuesta and Rengstorff parks will be the backdrop for the unique sights and sounds of the Bay Area's best bands. The FREE Thursday evening concerts are delightful opportunities to enjoy picnic dinners in an entertaining and relaxing atmosphere. Bring a folding chair or blanket to sit on. There is no "fixed" seating at the concert sites. All concerts are from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

Fire up your big hair, get out your shoulder pads, and find your Members Only jacket, cuz it is time to flashback to the 80's at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk Summer Concert series. You know you can't resist these great nostalgic bands! These free concerts take place every Friday night (6:30-8:30 p.m.) starting June 19th through September 4. Just think a day at the beach AND free music!

Vasona Vibrations

Summer is just around the corner and so are a multitude of free music events. Vasona Park in Los Gatos hosts, Vason Vibrations every Saturday night from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. from June -July. Bring a blanket, a picnic and kick back to enjoy some great music.

Summer is just around the corner. Get ready for days by the pool, warm weather, and Music in the Park. For more than 20 years people have been enjoying music under the stars in the South Bay on Thursdays at Plaza de Cesar Chavez.

Mountain Winery Tickets On Sale Now!

Today was an exciting day for me.....I received my Chris Isaak tickets for his August Mountain Winery show. I LOVE Chris Isaak! He's easy on the eyes, he's funny and man can he croon! And he touched my arm once! Anyway, I digress. The point of this post is to remind you that tickets are now on sale at the Mountain Winery. They actually went on sale last Sunday, so hurry up and get your tickets to see one or more of the terrific artists coming this summer to this fantastic venue!
